To express the brand’s identity, I incorporated strong yellow hues and a torn paper effect to give the band an edgy and punk look. The torn ripped pages create a visual language that also captivates the dynamic spirit of punk rock. This creative choice was motivated by a desire to impart a sense of rawness and rebellion, characteristic of the punk rock ethos, thereby lending the band’s online presence an unmistakably edgy and authentic demeanor. By embracing this design element, the web design not only captures the attention of visitors but also serves as a compelling testament to Blink-182’s enduring legacy and indelible impact on the music scene.
